Those pounds will be off again as quickly as they went on, I hope you had a lovely weekend away and that it will give you the motivation to have a really good week (in a good way, don't beat yourself up about it) :)

Thanks for all your comments guys! Feel really positive today and planned out my days food.

Breakfast :- 3 Ryvita spread with flora and jam
Lunch :- baxters smoked bacon and three bean soup
Dinner:- Chicken and bacon tortelloni with dolmio stir in sauce with 1/4 baguette of garlic bread.
Snacks :- Jelly and snack a jacks:clap:
