having both a yay and an argh moment after trying on all the clothes i have.

no more size 16's...all had to go....yay!!!

more size 14's than i thought fit....yay!!

i have more size 12's than i thought so can manage at that size....yay!!

so many size 14's are soo far off fitting...argh!!

and the biggest argh of all.
the size 14's and size 12 that are so far off fitting, well i really, really cant ever imagine them fitting!!!!!! let alone getting to my target of a size 10.

ive lost around a stone so far (11lbs and weigh in tomorrow!)...now thats a third of my journey(want to lose 3stone).
why cant i really see it?? let alone even imagine getting in the smaller clothes?? i really cant imagine doing it if a third of the way through im not seeing that much difference.

It wont be long before you are fitting in to your ideal size ... I have lost 12lbs so far and even though I cant fit into a smaller size yet I can tell a difference. My thighs are thinner and my dreaded muffin top is starting to disappear. Stick with it and you will soon start seeing some results :)

Just take it half a stone at a time, smaller goals seem more manageable. You WILL get there, don't worry xxx
