Id forgotten about the cramps!!!! Had cramp all night last night alternating between my legs in my calf muscles. Agony. Thing is its over a year since I last properly started CD and therefore had the cramps...and I can't remember what I did to get rid of them!

Any ideas?

I think someone else mentioned that a pinch of salt might help here, I know it's not allowed on CD but I'm sure that was the response, and also to make sure you have the water.

Feel better

Up your water intake. I had terrible cramps the first couple of weeks, but they seem to have gone now.

Oooo.... maybe it's something you have to suffer in the first couple of weeks then? I had them really badly.

A small glass of slimline tonic water will help... it has citric acid in it but most people aren't affected by it... and it's gotta be better than night cramps... they're agony!!
