ARGHHHHH!! What am I doing wrong?

    Calorie Controlled
    Been good on the diet again all week, exercised quite a bit too and i haven't lost weight - I've got 5 stones to lose - surely i would have lost a tiny bit!!!! :cry: (The 2lb weight loss was last week)
