I was just wondering if anybody else had trouble shifting inches from their arms?

My arm measurements are exactly the same as when I started, and I look a bit out of proportion. I used to do a LOT of swimming when I was younger, and wonder if that may be why my arms are slightly bigger. The skin isn't loose as such, and I don't have horrendously noticable bingo wings (although I do have them) but they are large and it's got me worried that I'll be left with saggy skin in 2 stone's time, or that they just won't reduce in size >_<

Did anybody who's at goal lose their arm weight last? Is anybody else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to help (I know you can't spot reduce from a particular area, but I'm getting a bit insecure about it).

I'm having the exact same problem, although I also have excess skin too and this makes me bingo wings look worse as it looks like the fat is just hanging in all this skin. I can tell I have lost weight from my arms looking at pictures of myself, but because of all the saggy skin they still seem as big. I'm just hoping that eventually it will sort itself out, I mean if I lose enough my body will have no choice but to eat all my arm fat. Also think how quickly we've lost this weight I guess the skin hasn't had time to catch up so eventually at target and some 'toning' work on them they should be okay. At least I hope.

I hate my arms, always have. I toned them a little once before, but they were still big compaired to the rest of me. Looking forwards to replies to this thread for any help offered :)

My arms seemed to be the last thing to go lol

But in all fairness we've loads more fat everywhere else to get gone first..so the arms will look kinda the same.. ive seen people on here that lost loads..and yes their arms look smaller....but still flabby if you see what i mean :)

Mine are ok. Cant remember how many inches i lost on them..but it was quite alot!

This is going to sound a little bit mad, but I started doing press ups on the stairs, I put my feet on the bottom step then facing up the stairs I put my hands on the step infront of me, it seemed to be perfect height and incline to make press ups that little bit easier until I got stronger. then I moved onto the floor and did real press ups.

My arms are still big though, I blame swimming too, I've always been a swimmer so I've got broad shoulders, big arms and big thighs. BUT my arms are shrinking and so arm my thighs, and hopefully by the end of it all I'll be happier with them.

doesnt sound mad at all.
bob from biggest looser suggests starting off doing press ups against a wall and working your way down the hights of chairs tables etc until you can manage the floor

with my weight im still at wall level, lol

I think I love you, with your wonderful ideas. LOL Thank you, toilet breaks will never be the same hehehe. Pee, wash hands, do 20? press-ups on the stairs...throw in 20 pelvic floor exercises in just for the heck of it. Back to normality till the next break.

ROFL you do make me laugh!! But oh how true your words are! I moved down a step on the stairs last night to do my press-ups inbetween Bob's advice on The Biggest Loser. I'm sure there were more breaks in last nights episode...my shoulders hurt like mad...
