Hi there, first post would appreciate some help. :)

Looking for the EE syn value of Asda (Great Stuff) Mild Chicken Curry and Brown Rice (tinned) 200g

Okay so it's really meant for the kids but it's lovely :p I really hope it's not mega high in syns..

Highest ingredients are 20% chicken breast, 16% brown rice and 5.5 apple purée....if only that was all it'd be free! lol

I cant find it listed, but going by the NVs here using chicken and rice as free a 200g can works ou at:

6 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

PS to work out the syn we usually need to know, per 100g or per portion:

Calories
Fat (total, not just saturates)
Protein
Carbohydrates (total, not just sugars)
as well as the top ingredient/s on the list.

Thanks so much, that was awfully nice of you to find the NV's too!
When i was an online user i kept note of all my usual foods but this was new and threw me.
I can cope with 6 syns, add some SW chips and I can pretend I'm having takeaway! :)
