Asda mild chicken curry and brown rice
Hi there, first post would appreciate some help.
Looking for the EE syn value of Asda (Great Stuff) Mild Chicken Curry and Brown Rice (tinned) 200g
Okay so it's really meant for the kids but it's lovely
I really hope it's not mega high in syns..
Highest ingredients are 20% chicken breast, 16% brown rice and 5.5 apple purée....if only that was all it'd be free! lol
I cant find it listed, but going by the NVs
here using chicken and rice as free a 200g can works ou at:
6 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
PS to work out the syn we usually need to know, per 100g or per portion:
Calories
Fat (total, not just saturates)
Protein
Carbohydrates (total, not just sugars)
as well as the top ingredient/s on the list.

When i was an online user i kept note of all my usual foods but this was new and threw me.
I can cope with 6 syns, add some SW chips and I can pretend I'm having takeaway!
