Asda's Chicken Style peices

Hi all. Just looking online for bits and bobs for the weekly shop and i've noticed that Asda have their Chicken Style peices on offer at 2 for £3. Does anybody know the syn value for these?

I've really gone off eating poultry since having food poisoning but I really want to carry on having meals that contain chicken.

Any help appreciated guys!

The meat free one you mean? If you then yes they are syn free. You may also want to try the meatballs (3 syns for the whole bag) which are amazing, and the mince which is also syn free
