It's really strange. When I start eating again I'm going to keep a food diary so I can monitor if it is a certain type of food that aggravates it. Woohoo, thank you cambridge :D

where you have 1500-2000 cals one day and alternate with 500, there have been studies that show that the sudden reduction in cals shocks the body and gets it to produce good chemicals that seem to have a good effect on asthma and other inflamatory illnesses like rheumatism.

I have wondered if the ketosis were in has the same effect. I know some people who have lost their weight on vlcd are juddding to maintain.
