atkins or dukan??

Hi all, I am new to the site and want to start a low carb diet plan, I have the atkins books and the pig to twig ones but I have just stumbled across dukan and wonder if anyone could shed come light onto which is best, easiest etc.

Hi Katie... some of the girls who where on Atkins will be about later Vicky & Cheryl I'm sure to help you out as they're now doing Dukan.

I think with anything its what suits yr body most... I love Atkins b'coz I can still socialise & eat well, for me Dukan would be too restricted but it does suit others. xx
