I tried these with Quark and tuna and wasn't keen but yesterday made them with cottage cheese and roast chicken... NOM NOM NOM!

I might make a big one to take slices to work... Can anyone recommend what herbs would work in it???

Try Basil and Garlic for an Italian taste.

Sage and Rosemary with the Chicken very yum.

I did similar with Eggs, Quark and smoked salmon, baked in the oven when I was making quiche for daughter and fiance, loved it. I called it fritata, maybe quiche is a better name. I also did sweet egg custards with fromage frais and sweetener, in individual ramekins.

With 5 small eggs, 4 tablespoons Quark, 1/2 pack of smoked salmon trimmings a dash of skimmed milk, dill and cracked black pepper. I used a 6" flan dish
