hey Dione,dont let that get you down heres some tips ive picked up today to get me through keeping off the weight when i finally lose it..
no matter what you eat,add up the calories and burn off the extra ones you werent planning to have..
keep parsnips in your fridge,to make crisps out of them just thinly slice them and oven them with paprika or any herb you like,make your own salsa sauce,nearly no cals or carbs!
if you like sweets have strawberries and lf cream to hand! blend the cream with a sweetener,this way your having fruit as a sweet thing!
and no matter what you buy,always get the lowfat option,that way if your going to pig out you'll still have consumed what you wanted to have only in less cals!!
im searching the net right now about maintaing weight loss and so far have found a good few things ill be doing!
but youve done brill dont let one day kick you off plan,just burn off those sweets right now and youll feel a hell of alot better! x
