i really like goal threads!!! my goal for august is to lose 10 lbs by the 31st paste the person above you and add your name / goal loss and progress so far!

I have had to adjust my August mini goal cos when I measured my waist this morning I had already lost over and inch so now I am going for losing 2 inches this month :bliss:

I've set my first month's goal high at 14lbs, eek - I may live to regret it but I guess there's nothing wrong with aiming high.

I've lost 5lb so far - 11lb to go. :bliss:
