Have a look at the weekly weigh in sticky threads to see what people are losing. The average seems to be half a stone a month or so with some people losing more initially but then it slowing down.. it all depends on how much you have to lose and how much exercise you do etc.. to many factors to be able to give you a prediction i'm afraid.

You are better off being realistic I think and aiming for the 1-2lbs a week, more likely to succeed and keep it off too.

ive been using slimfast a few weeks and have lost a fair bit using it, but i dont snack on anything other than fruit, i just have 1 slimfast in the morning and one in afternoon then dinner.

What are you snacking on? I'm thinking of switching to fruit only as I have a real sweet tooth and need to break the biccy/choc habit!
