ProPoints Azwethinkweiz (Sarah)s new food diary!

Sarah, when i first started ww i never used any of my weeklies .... but i still lost weight ... then all of a sudden i either lost half a pound or put a pound on ... it was Carly who suggested that my weight wasnt shiftin because i wasnt eating enough ... so i started using every single weekly ... and lost a further 4lb i think ... so use all your weeklies without guilt ... enjoy :cool:
 
No idea why I feel more guilty about using them day by day than using them on one day for a treat? We'll see what the scales think on saturday anyway haha. Long as I keep within my weeklies and don't go too mad in the next few days... Craaaaaving goodies all the time... Why can't I just be craving salads hehe :p

I nooooo, cravin salad or fruit would work out FAB ..... i know what ya mean tho .. technically you could split your weeklies over 7days and end up eating like an extra choc bar a day .... it doesnt sum up in your head that its a diet eh ... hehe ...... Ive been cravin choc lots !! Kinder hippos are my ultimate fave at the mo ...:rolleyes: xxx

Haven't had one of those in yonks! Stayed away from kinder in general because I'm a fiend for the stuff haha!

Same! I always used to be like that's that's whats got me here! Its hard working in a shop too when people buy all those yummy things! Can't wait to get a different job where the temptation Is not there! X
 
I'm a software developer so have an office job (which is way too sedentary) and I sit FACING the vending machine with all its tasty chocolate yumminess! :( x

Oh no! It's not good is it!! I might try not taking money to work!!! I have to go to work in an hour for a meeting! Eugh don't want to! Don't like meetings! X
 
Ok... having a very bad week this week, life sucks sometimes lol. Today so far:

Milk allowance: 2pp

Brekkie:
Belvita - 6pp

Lunch:
WW bagel with flora light & low low cheese - 7pp

Snacks:
Banana - 0pp
Pineapple (bad idea... I'm allergic to pineapple... sigh) - 0pp

Dinner:
Made pasta with half jar of WW parmesan and pesto sauce but had a tummy upset (stupid pineapple) so only ate half of it... so putting down 6pp for it.

So total of 21pp so far. Feeling a choccie craving coming on here but know I should eat healthy... :(

Ok so made an omelette with cheese. Not sure but pointed it like this:
2 eggs - 4pp
1 low low cheddar slice - 1pp
Mixed herbs & black pepper - 0pp

Sound right? Now I've used 26/29 dailies...

Yeah... I'll think I'll make an omelette... Might have choccie outta weeklies if I still want it!
Umm its was ok... Dunno if I'd buy it again to be honest. I could make my own sauce outta passata etc. I spose!? X
