Oh yeah, frightened that crap outta me, I have some scars still but they're faded now luckily.
A student. *sigh* I remember those days. Best days of my life so far! I put all my weight on when I got this desk job. Used to work in costa when I was a student and was always in my feet. What ya studying? I need to book time off work before I go mad lol!! X

Yesss girls runnin on conrete is sh!t .... i live in the city centre & have no running tracks hehe .... my hips n knees are on their way out so ive give running a coolin off for a month ...... altho i may go tomo for a nice run round the park .. so thanks for inspiration .. i always have the pod on the go with my cheesy music playin as i run .... hahaa!!!

I can't run for long (luckily for my knees) but might do a good long walk tomorrow. I like things like going to the zoo and such cuz you're exercising the legs all day but you don't feel like you are.
Haha I always bring my iPod too hon. the dog is onto me though. If she sees me wearing my running gear, she starts jumping around me cuz she wants to come too hehe. She's the fittest dog in the world lol!

Awk what a cutie my dogs the same once I get my trainers on he thinks he's going walkies ha. I did the shred yesterday my legs ached so didn't run as much as I wanted but I'm seeing an improvement since I started trying to run so I'm ok with that x

Yea Pheonix Park is only 10/15 mins away from me so I really shud take advantage but I dont.. Skating is so much fun and like walking round the zoo, its great exercise but yer having so much fun doing it ya dont realise yer exercising..

Wud love to have the bottle to cycle but couldn't put other drivers thru the trauma of having to look at my fat arse in der face lol

Dogs name is molly, she's a lovely dog!! So friendly and cuddly. I have a pet chinchilla too if anyone wants to see a pic of him lol.

I'm working late so might not get a walk in :-( oh nose! Still have 18pp left today. Dunno what to eat! X
