Sarah I can be 2lbs sometimes more heavier between morning and night.
Ive decided not to weigh myself inbetween now, just makes me feel rubish.

Sarah ... its all water retention .... ive put on as much as 5lb before in like 3 days .... drink that water my lovely ... get peeingggggggg :D
 
I'm sure it's just the evil scale fairies! all the lovely ladies are right! Plenty of water and nothing to heavy Friday night and I bet u will be fine :) x

Brekkie:

Snack:
Banshee bones - 3pp
WW mini roll - 2pp

Lunch:
WW chicken curry - 8pp

Snack:
Mini mini roll - 2pp

Dinner:
Fillet steak and baked potato - 12pp

Snack:
Chickatees - 2pp
WW blueberry slice - 2pp

33pp used so that's 29/29 dailies and 4 weeklies. Not too bad, had a nibbley day as you can see, grr.

Pic of my dinner, had no veg in unfortunately but I was STUFFED after eating it anyways! Note to self: go buy some veg lol.

It was great... That steak was only 6pp. Fillet steak, cost me like 7quid lol, was a yummy treat ;) x

Expensive but worth it :) I love fillet steak ideally with chunky chips/garlic fries, peppercorn sauce and tobaccos onions!! Amazing! Xx
 
Haven't had a fillet steak in years and just was tempted by the lovely cut in the shop lol. ;)
Tobaccos onions?? I hate onions so no onions for me lol. Mmm sauce would've been good though! Ya know what else? Gruyere & garlic potatoes, yuuuuum! *drool* xx

Yes there like battered onions really. Cut into strips and deep fried so nice and crispy :) gonna get a fillet steak this coming week try and make a nice low PP meal with it! X
 
Oh! Never even heard of those (northern thing perhaps? ;)). Garlicky creamy cheesy potatoes are my downfall lol. Mmm you should defo try it, some cuts of steak are surprisingly low in pp. Think ribeye would prob be the worst for pp (all that marbled fat) but couldn't believe my fillet was only 6 :D. Striploin is cheaper and around the same pp I think too, that'd be good for a beef stirfry too. God... I couldn't be a vegetarian at all at all ;) xx
