Diary for yesterday looks good hun.. Lotza nice little treat and for good points.. Dinner looks yum.. (better with sum veg!! lol) Would love to like steak.. looks like such a nice dinner..And so good for you.. I just dont like it :eek:(
Anyway.. Done a sneaky WI again today.. yesterday was up a half.. but today.. I was up another 1.5.. So today I was up 2 from Thursdays WI and 1.5 from yesterdays sneaky one :( But it is * week so am not too disheartened by it.. Just sharing so you can see how quickly we all can gain n it not mean anything for WI.. Hope yer feeling more positive today xx

Mmm the steak was yummy, you dont like beef at all or is it just the steaks you cant stomach?? Yeah, I know some veg would've completed it nicely. Least I was full up without the veg for once lol!!
I picked up some nice pork medallions too but put them back down in the shop and now I wish I still had them so I could make pork szechuan again cuz that was quick, easy and tasty! :)

Thanks for the pep talks hon, I appreciate it. I actually stepped on scales this morning and was down those 2lbs plus ANOTHER 2lb!? So hoping I can keep a 1lb loss going for Saturday :)

I brought a WW frozen meal with me today for a nice hot lunch. The sweet chilli chicken... no idea what its like, anyone tried it!?

:) next week I'm not doing my sneeky peeks they make me go crazy ha. I tried that meal I didnt like it only because though I don't like sweet with savoury ha I should have known with SWEET chilli chicken :) xx

Im glad I sneaky peeked today as it put me at ease about yesterday but I'm gonna try to not do it anymore like yourself hon!
Hmm, I hope it isnt TOO spicy as my poor tongue cant handle it lol. I'll let you know it tastes cyprusbride hon (it better be good for 8pp lol). I also bought the WW sweet n sour chicken one to take in maybe tomorrow or Friday, anyone tried it?? xx
 
Not tried either hun.. Can't eat ready meals so steer clear..
Am not really a red meat eater at all tbh.. i'll have the odd burger but not much.. Usually even when i cook spag bol or anything I generally use turkey or chicken mince..
I really like pork medalions.. really hard to get in my Dunnes.. They usually sell out quite quickly.. And lately almost everything I go to buy there is not stocked.. I think there's a conspiracy against me lol

I need to stop peaking also.. Am doing it daily of late.. bad habit that needs to be broken!!
 
Yeah I'm just feelin the chill here so decided on some ready meals for lunch this week to see how I go. They are keeping me full till dinner which is good but I dont like to eat too many of them either (I want to try them all though lol).

Oh I've given up on Dunnes hon. They never have anything I need anymore!! They didnt even have my Two Chick egg whites last time I was in. So I've converted to Tesco for a while... LOADS of meat in there. I nearly couldnt decide what to get lol! plenty of pork loins/medallions/chops. Loadsa cuts of steak and chicken. Turkey mince and turkey rashers. Was great but I ain't got enough room in me wee fridge for it all ;) x
 
Yea I would gladly convert but my closest Tesco would be a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction to home and in a Shopping Centre so you have the dreaded 10 minutes spent looking for a car space.. Whereas Dunnes is on the way and not 5 mins from my door.. Have swapped to Tesco for my main shop tho.. I freeze EVERYTHING.. I buy a pack of chicken fillets, dice it up, weigh it out and freeze it in individual portions.. so handy.. but then we have a chest freezer so its possible for me to do that!!
Would love to be able have just the odd ready meal for handiness sake but it cripples me with stomach cramps :(
So when I make big pots of different dinners, portion them out and freeze them too.. So its as handy as a ready meal :D Dont do this as much as I'd like tho..
 
Its pretty much the same distance for me no matter which I go to. Although the tescos is a huge 24hr one with its own car park and stuff so its fairly handy!
Just had the chilli chicken. It was good. Sauce was nice. Not spicy at all though. Unfortunately I don't really like peppers or onions which there was a lot of so I didn't eat it all (I'll count 7pp though cuz I ate all the chicken but left some rice and sauce). Think I'm gonna have the "tesco finest" quiche tonight for dinner, gruyere cheese and bacon, yummy! ;)

I'm having that chicken stroganoff from my recipe thread for dinner tonight.. Its such a treat dinner and very quick n easy to make.. NOM NOM NOM... :D
One of the girls in the office just have me a big bowl of freshly cut galia melon.. Was son nice.. could have eaten a second bowl..

I've never had galia melon? I'm not a big fan of melon as I think it tastes like... solid water or something? Like there's no real taste ya know?! You'd recommend the galia one though would you!? hmm...

Yea the stroganoff recipe I only put up the week before last I think.. But only made it the other day for the first time.. it was gorgeous..
I made it exactly to the recipe on my thread but next time I'll use philly so its lower points.. I'd never cooked with creme fraiche before so didn't really know what I was at.. Yea I'll do brown rice with it and i'll also add brocolli to it this time.. Now i've made it once i'll experiment a little with it :D Defo worth trying tho.. Its yum
 
Oh WW do their own creme fraiche, did you use that for it or just regular creme fraiche?

Just found out I have my review at work tomorrow. Dreading it, hate that sort of thing. Have to mark myself in lots of different areas then meet my boss for a chat about it (in which they usually say you're not working hard enough even if you are). There'll be talk of pay rises but dunno how that'll go. I'm here 3 years and new people starting are getting more salary than me which I think is a bit unfair. Anyway, we'll see tomorrow. Rant over.

Had a packet of tayto snax there a while ago. Only 2pp. Cheesy yum! X

33pp used so that's 29/29 dailies and 4 weeklies. Not too bad, had a nibbley day as you can see, grr.

Pic of my dinner, had no veg in unfortunately but I was STUFFED after eating it anyways! Note to self: go buy some veg lol.
