I drink diet fizzys too hon and never had a problem yet. I don't have them everyday but that's cuz I drink a lot of tea and coffee (with sweeteners). Sugar free squash is good as Carly says. The worst the fizzy will do is make you full of gas lol, that's the annoying bit :p xx

I drink a glass of diet cola everyday and seems ok to me and then the rest of the time I just drink water I'm even drinking hot water now lol. But now I've found out hot chocolate is only 1 point I will be having one of those everyday lol.
 
yeah i heard that aint it like 1PP per scoop? and thanks guys i have like 4 cans of diet coke a day! so no more now x
 
Well options hot choc would be 1pp. Obviously the cadbury one where you use 3 tsps and milk wouldn't be 1pp (prob 4-5pp lol)

all these points just keep changing- like if you doulbe portions i thought you would just double the points which dont always work out n dont understand why? like bread 1 slice 1PP but 2 slices is 3PP? :S x

Hiya....its because there is no 1/2 points, ww round up and down pp. So one slice could really be 2.4pp so they round that down to 2pp, then two would be 4.8 so they round that up to 5pp if that makes sense!

oh ok then so in future if i need to work out 2 things instead of 1 how would i do that like 20g of cheese is 2PP but if i wanted 40g how would i work it out? xx

Well if you worked out the 20g in your calculator just double the protein/carbs/fat/fibre for 20g so its 40g worth and put it in your calculator, that's what I do! X

If you have the calculator put in all the info and when it says the value and asks if you want to use it press the x (multiply) button and 2 to double. But otherwise do what sarah says.

My day was... Okayish. I have used 3 weeklies today so far and fighting cravings to eat loadsa choc like I want to lol. Theres a caramel shortbread here with my name on it!!!

Very good on the will power!! Mine got up and left this morning. So far I've had a fry, bars, cappacchino, thai green curry and rice AND CHIPS from the chinese. And I'm still looking for something to eat. Think I just need a good binge then back to it tomorrow. Definately looking at a gain this week, wasn't following plan yesterday either!!

Yeah thats ok I'm glad you did otherwise people would be shouting at me for them putting on weight lol. I didn't realise light spray cream was just 1pp hmmmm that will be on my Thursday shopping.

I love that curry, its made with loads of coconut milk though hehe....it was lovely and hot though yummy....I've been too bold this weekend though, but I don't care today, just wanna eat whatever and tomorrow get back to it!

We have a bit in the fridge, my mum made it yesterday (with low fat coconut milk lol) and it doesn't LOOK appetizing so I wasnt sure about it... Hmmm. I love curry though.
You're maintaining hon and you eat healthy the majority of the week!! I'm constantly snacking on naughty things lol, I wish it was just one or 2 days a week like yourself :p

Yep, I got one in tescos that was low fat and 11g of it was 1pp and you can have 33g for 2pp. Frigging awesome for hot choccie or on a trifle etc. ;) x
