ProPoints Azwethinkweiz (Sarah)s new food diary!

Yeah I never liked people saying "sorry" to me. I felt very awkward. I really wish I was a more confident person rather than a recluse for these situations.
In these situations hun even the most confident of people are knocked.. U'll be fine.. x

I actually make myself sick I get that anxious about situations like this. I need Xanax again lol...

I know its completely different.. But i'm stressing too.. Am going to the hairdressers after work and I know the owner.. She's gona be cutting my hair but I'm stressing about how much to tip.. I mean what enough yet not too much, without being mean and giving too little!!!
Am proper getting myself worked up about it.. been in the loo at least 3 times this afternoon alone!!!
Stresses me normally going to a hairdressers but coz its someone I know I'm stressing even more.. How silly is that!!!

I know exactly how you feel hon. Its like logically we KNOW we shouldnt stress so much about these things yet we get ourselves so worked up. I have a dodgy tummy all day with worry about this wake/removal. I dunno why we let things like this worry us. Yep. We have anxiety problems. Think I usually tip a fiver at most in the hairdressers lol... :p

Yea that's what i'v settled on.. been mailing a number of friends today to see what was average lol... Overthinking me thinks!!
And then I do be morto giving it to them too.. Sweat patches n all when I get to the car...

haha Frances, I thought I was the only one who stresses going to the hairdressers, and I don't even know mine personally. I'm going next week...its the whole sitting there while someone you don't know is in your personal space, and the small talk ugh hate it. hehe

What do u mean when u say iykwim dont have a clue wot this means. I keep seeing u write it. X

Well end result, I gav hair washing girl a fiver n didn tip Joanna. Gona bring her s bottle of voddie instead next time I'm up der :)

You're too generous Frances ;)

God yesterday was a disaster trying to find clothes for the wake/removal. Nothing fits me anymore. Should really do some shopping. Maybe a xmas outfit!
I went to the church and when Sean arrived, I held his hand and gave him a hug then I sat at the back while a small mass was said. Gave my sympathies to the family after and signed the book of condolences. Then I waited outside. I gave him a lift back to the funeral home (to his car) and he wanted me to go back to the house with him so I did and stayed there till like 1 in the morning with him.
Knackered today :p

Had a bad food day yesterday. Didn't eat much at all. Sean tried to get me to eat some quiche and I couldn't even eat that. Hoping to have a healthier day today xxx
10 days till my holidays too... ;)

Ugh just having a crap week. Sean has passed the cold sore virus to me (I've NEVER had a cold sore before). How common is this? Do any of ye get these? I've what looks like 2 right at the corners of my mouth and I can't actually open my mouth very wide (good thing eh?) because it hurts. Managed 24 years without ever having these and now by the sounds of things, I'll have to deal with them the rest of my life. Uuugh!

Oh no Sarah knock him out!!! I caught from a bloke when I was 18 n get them quite regular now. Sometimes hav had to go docs to get oral Zovirax to get rid at EUR90 a pop for a 3 day prescription!!! Then ya got the pain n the look of them... Hope it clears up soon. I find it best to not put cream on n it tends to keep it alive for longer. But cream might work for u as it's yer first. I think built an immune system to the creams :-(

Ive never had one either my oh gave me one the other weeek ! Was so annoyed bt it went quickly i just gt putting vasoline of my lipsss. X

I get them IN my nose sometimes :( Its OK coz its hidden but my GOD is it painful!!!!!!!
You can get little tab things in boots n the chemist called Roux Tox.. They're in a little chapstick stick size tube. €6 r €7.. Last forever!! But they help fight it from inside.. They work for a number of things too so not just cold sores.. They help yer immune system or something.. I never really researched them.. they were recommended by a friend n she was telling me all about them.. I just agreed n bought them haha..

xxx

Aw Tracy they're the worst aren't they.. Never realised how much my nose moved til i got the first one of them.. It was really awful the first time I got it.. Went right up the top (inside) and came came right out around the top of my lip.. SOOOO fricken painful!! That's when I get the extra shock of the price of that prescription!! I had to get oral zovirax and and anti-biotic and painkillers.. So the total price of that coldsore was €180 or there abouts!!!! (€55 for doc. €120 prescription. €8/9 for zorvirax cream before I visited doc!)

That sounds awful Frances! They are just in the corners of my mouth and kinda crack when I open it. I've also got this massive ulcer on my upper back gums which is difficult to eat with. Hoping both of these go before my hols :(
My mum gave me a wee dab of zovirax last night and it kinda "calmed" them down if you know what I mean. But she said its expensive so I have to get my own today sometime. Will ask for that Roux Tox too thanks hon!! xx

It is quite expensive but I think (again its just me) germoline is much better.. Zovirax is great for if ya catch them before they come out, it sends them packing but I dont think it works great once they broke thru.. And when its in the crack of yer mouth (God that sounds filthy!!hee hee) i think its a bit of a waste of money tbh coz they just keep cracking n bleeding etc.. So they just really have to run their course..
