To run or not to run??? I'm afraid to say not to run. I'm away at midday for the weekend & need to pack, make butter icing & get ready PLUS it's pouring out there. Drizzle & cold I can handle but torrential is one step to far!! I did w3d2 on Wednesday & my pace has increased again which I'm pleased about! I feel like I'm making really good progress & I promise to be back out there Monday! :)

I found the first 2 runs tough but day 3 was much better & I almost feel like I'm 'breezing' through week 3...well compared to week 1 or even week 3 of c25k!! Good luck :)

Thanks-I never got round to doing it yesterday and was quite cross with myself to be honest! But have packed my gym kit in the car today and will go either during a break in work-I'm a support worker so we get a couple of hours off at a time-or when I finish tonight :)

Fortunately finished at 3.15 and wasn't back in til just after 5, so made a mad dash to the gym-did wk2d1, had a quick shower and have just got back to work! Found the first 15 min run ok, the second was a bit hard but the last one got easier and was able to finish off quicker than i started! I'm really pleased I managed it tho-had to cheat a little bit tho, and only did 2.5 mins warm up and cool down, purely cos it was 15.40 before I got going and its a 12 min journey back to work!!! Hope you are all ok xx

Hi guys iv come to join you from c25k I ran my first race last weekend the great south run 5k which was brilliant did it in 39.33 which was within my goal time :) got a nice shiny medal and raised over £100 for charity :-D so planning to start b210k on Tuesday :) x
 
Did W3 D2 again as it'd been 2 weeks since I've been running. Not the best session ever, had to walk/run the second and third bits. Reason/excuses? Unexpected TOTM, P90X Pylo (very hard work) and as I said, not having run for 2 weeks.
It was lovely out though.
