OK incase you think ive lost the plot already - my plan is to do this diet 5 days a week and to be a bit more relaxed at weekends (which still works as this is what my neice has done ;)) However I wont go mad on a weekend - but this one included a meal out which wont happen very often.

Ive had 2L of water every day :) and its weigh day tomorrow :rolleyes: so we will see if ive managed to do any good.
