Morning all
Well Im going Red today -so my meal plan looks like this:-

Well hubby will be home at lunch time -so he is having a bacon omellet .... and I have a big pan of cornedbeef hash on the go -which he fancied for dinner (and it will do a couple of flasks too
)...
Nothing much else to report here right now so I will get off and wash my hair and make another cuppa

- banana

- haddock fillet -steamed
- cabbage
- sf jelly with berries (1)
- apple
- clementine
- salmon fillet
- stir -fry :-
- 1/4 tsp oil (0.5)
- onion
- pepper
- sugar snaps
- bean sprouts

- fibre plus bar (B)

... Its strange - I can see I still have a way to go -but it wasn't until I saw the 2 together that actually thought *do ya know what - you have lost quite a bit* :happy036:
