Brekkie: Bacon on WW bread (*he b)
Lunch (well, pre shift meal anyway): other half made SW sweet and sour sauce, chicken, pineapple, peppers, onion, rice... 1.5 syns serving 4 but it served 2 so that's 3 syns. Mullerlight chocolate cherry 1.5 syns.
Dinner at work will be chicken salad no dressing
