    Hi all,
    I am starting a food diary on here, partly for myself and partly to see if you girls can see that I am going in the right direction. I have been on the diet 3 weeks and have only ever done EE as I don't yet understand red.

    Monday 26th September

    Breakfast
    Frozen berries
    Onken FF yogurt


    Mid morning snack- Fig, apple, peach

    Lunch
    SF - tomato and lentil soup
    Salad, toms
    Half tinned tuna mixed with sweetcorn and FF Fromage frais

    Toffee mullerlight
    Banana

    Tea- chilli - made with Ex lean mince lots of super free and black eyed peas

    Rice

    Jelly and yogurt (1 syn)

    Curly wurly (6 syns)

    Weight watchers hot chocolate (2syns)

    Any opinions would be grately received before I eat it !!

    Today is going to be my first ever red day so any help or confirmation that it's right would be great

    Breakfast
    Frozen summer berries
    Onken FF yogurt

    Lunch
    Salad toms
    Mackerel

    Cherry mullerlight

    Snacks throughout the day
    Fig
    Banana
    Peach x 2
    2 plums
    1 apple
    Melon

    Tea
    Braised pork with fennel
    With lots of sf veg

    Milk throughout the day in tea (heb)
    2 x Alpen bars

    Today's diary. It's my WI tonight so praying for more than 0.5 loss.
    EE day today

    Wednesday

    Weetabix (heb) milk (hea)
    Banana

    Lunch
    Salad
    Toms
    Smoked salmon
    Mullerlight yogurt


    Dinner
    Pork
    Sw chips
    Salad and veg

    Snack
    Melon
    Apple
    Plums

    Packet of mini Oreos (6 syns)

    Alpen bar (3 syns)

    Going to start my kettleworx programme tonight, that has just been delivered.

    Porridge 40g
    Milk skimmed hea

    Frozen berries

    Watermelon

    Butternut squash soup
    Rocket leaves and toms

    Yogurt mullerlight coconut

    2 x Alpen bars

    Stir fry free veg
    Mushrooms
    Dried noodles

    Frozen berries
    Yogurt

    Hot chocolate ww - 2 syns
