Hi there
Thought a wee diary might help me be good
I have bounced from diet to diet trying to lose my baby bump lol! I was successful with Atkins but could never stick to it
I am hoping to put an end to quick fix searching and actually change my habits
this forum seems so friendly and supportive
I have problems with anxiety and nerves so even writing on a forum like this is a big thing for me and my weird wee head lol!
So anyway this way my first dd any advice is greatly appreciated

2 slices Danish bread
Half a bag tesco lighter choice tortilla chips
Meringue nest
Strawberries
Pepsi max and water
