Back again - 10 week goal!

Well a nasty bout of depression saw me pile back on nearly 2 stone of the 3 I lost. So here I am, using every possible motivation and trick to keep on track!

Breakfast:
1 small wholemeal roll (hex b)
1 dry fried egg (free)
smear of tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Lunch:
home made beef kofta curry (curry feast book - to check syns)
sauteed spinach and onion (free)
a couple of handfuls of seedless grapes

Dinner:

Stir fried chicken with asparagus, purple sprouting, courgette, pepper, onion,mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and chilli.
Muller light coconut yoghurt

Tea x 1 cup, Coffee x 2 cup - semi skimmed milk (1 hex a)
2.5 lts water.

Phew well, that is day one planned - hopefully will stick to this evening's planned meal!
 
Day 2
Breakfast: wholemeal roll (hexb)
dry fried egg
smear of ketchup (1 syn)

200 ml fruit juice (3 syn), nectarine

Lunch - same as dinner last night with noodles, low fat natural yoghurt

I have a Personal Training session at 6, so have had the other half of lunch for an early dinner, chicken as the other hex a + 3 syns

Hopefully fruit will be enough after the PT session....
