Hello my lovelies! So, I disappeared for a long while after achieving a short term goal. The reasons are numerous, but sadly I put on a little weight again! So I'm back among you lovely people and on my way to making more positive life changes, and this time they will be permanent. Healthier eating, more exercise, and generally feeling good about myself. My target? A healthy 10st by April 2015! And I'm gonna stay there, by hook or by crook. Looking forward to getting to know you all again, and actually sticking around this time.
