I havent been here for a while but I have come to the conclusion that at 40 I need to be a little more health conscious.

Here goes again then, I have done well on WW on and off over the years but I just dont think I can face the meetings every week.

I have found an app for the mobile which is awesome called "myfitnessfriend", is anyone using it that i can add as a friend to get me started. "all this tends to be tough going on your own"

I have spent a week just counting calories and it seems to be working, I feel much better and feel confident I can keep it going.

I intend to start training tomorrow as well and have an appointment with a personal trainer to give me some pointers, (bricking it to be honest).

Nice to be back to be honest.
