Back Again

Hi Guys
I am re starting LT today after stopping last September. I have had to change my login name coz i cant remember my password, doh, and have changed my email.....i was called Olivias Army to anyone who remembers me.
Anywho......day 1 today so we'll see what happens.....good luck to everyone else too!

2nd time around too like you. Im on day 4 now and surprisingly, i had no headache and was not hungry at all. I was expecting the same sick feeling i felt when i first did this 18months ago!

I think i was more prepared this time and kept super busy!

Good luck hun, people say it is harder second time round, but just go a day at a time and you will be fine. I've hit my goal this time, but it was my third attempt x
