Back for another try

Hi everyone,

I lost quite a bit of weight on LT in 2010 but apart from 5lb have regained it all. Because of my previous success I thought I would give it another go :happy096: me lol!

Hi Catt, I did Lipotrim about 5 years ago and put it all back on too, didn't do maintanence and just went right back to bad habits Good luck with it this time, I find it much easier with all the support here on the forum!

hi Cat and welcome back, l lost 3and a half stone last year with LT, have put 2 st back on through going back into bad habits,could kick myself.So l am back again, l know it works and this site is great, so good luck xxx
