back from operation

#2
Good luck! Just remember it is possible to lose weight without the exercise as long as you eat well. And also crutches are actually quite hard work so you're probably doing more than you realise.
I hope you recover well from the op :)

:character00238:Aww poor you, well I reckon crooked smile is right and the sheer effort of crutches will be burning points left right and centre hun. The main thing tho is to let it heal the right way and then you will feel able to get some gentle exercise.:woohoo:(sometimes just changing channels is good exercise );) Maria xx

Welcome back plonks, look after yourself. Careful with the crutches I almost did myself a mischief many years back when I was laid up with them

Hi I did no exercise in the 1st 4 weeks and lost 11.5lbs, as said as long as you stick to your points eat healthy foods and try and move as much as your allowed you should lose something, better to sts than gain if your laid up hey xx

Mind yourself Missus - hope you are hopping around soon on your crutches. Getting around on them is a work out in itself. Having spent the weekend in hospital myself I can sympathise with you on the eating front. Been put on blood pressure tabs now and retaining fluid so great fun all round. Chat soon.
