    BAD NEWS; I gained 1lb..:wave_cry::mad:

    I am so F**king angry, everyone else at group losing, and I keep yoyo-ing, I am sitting here thinking why do I bother.:sigh:

    I think I am going to have to sit down with my books and pretend I am new to SW and look at things with new eyes. :gen147: :deadhorse:

    GOOD NEWS THOUGH - have had message from wheelchair service, Ben's new wheelchair ready to pick up etc on Tuesday, so will be able to get lots of Walking/pushing done now without getting a bad back as the handles are height adjustable on his new one....

    Need hugs please:needhug:

    Hugs for you....
    Am so sorry - however, starting at the beginning and reading through your books is a great idea - I still do it every few weeks and it keeps things fresh for me.
    Don't compare yourself to others - we're all different especially when it comes to our weight loss journeys.
    Try something new - at least a couple of times a week. I'm doing SW quiche today (can't believe that I started in Jan and today is my first time, lol!!!).
    Keep strong - it will happen and you can do this.

    Oh, hugs to you hun. Dont feel bad, your idea to start with your books again is a great one!
    And i too would say, try new meals, i try at least 3/4 new meals each week. It keeps me busy cooking and stops me getting bored with what i eat. Do you keep a diary, i have kept one since i started and i find it really keeps me on track. Good luck xx

    I agree a food diary is the way to go here - will help you identify what, if anything, is stopping you from losing weight consistently, and it's hard to pinpoint this sort of thing unless you are totally aware of every single thing that passes your lips and be honest enough to count it.

    Good luck, and good on you for persevering :)
