Hi & Happy New Year to everyone....
Well I've had more stops and starts over the last year than I care to remember.... Personal crisis after personal crisis has seemed to fallen upon me one thing after another.
Like most of you I have been a serial & yo yo dieter for many years. I have recently suffered with very bad depression (again all due to personal issues) which now with the assistance of my 'fluoxetine' seems to be much much better. I have been on them since beginning of Nov and maintained at 14st ish since this time. My GP, advised me to get depression under control before attempting to re-diet which is what I have done.
I now feel that I am able to attempt once more to shed the 4st that I have gained over the past 5 years.
I coffee shake down, 1.5lt water down, not hungry yet and soup to look forward to still.
Hope to speak to lots of you.
    Clare xxx

I've got my PC set up at home now - so can visit in the evenings for support and inspiration.
Kids have the PlayStation & Wii - so I can at last have my own PC time.
    Thanks for replies
