    I've restarted today halfway through my first pint of water!! I am so hoping to stick to it this time! I am determined.

    Last time I got really bad heartburn and didn't realise you could take gaviscon :rolleyes: Going to boots tomorrow to get some fibresure and also gaviscon incase!

    Hope it all goes well for you. I used to get heartburn in the beginning and took Gaviscon. Fortunately I've not had it for some time now. Stick with it.

    I really need to do this so much. Just need that BMI under 30.. hope it doesn't take too long!! x
