back on the wagon (again!)

So I'm a bit of a serial dieter, tend to lose weight for a specific event then gradually put it back on until the next big event I have planned!

Spent Jan-June last year losing my baby weight. Put most of it back on but holiday booked for 13th June is giving me the kick up the bum I needed.

Started back on sw 16th Feb for 5 days, did the clean 9 detox (not a huge success) and now back to sw again.

10lb from now will bring me back to my wedding weight but really want to see a 10 on the scales before I go (10st7lb ideally).

Starting a diary again as a way of keeping track what I'm scoffing. Mostly follow green days. Don't go to class either.
 
Thursday:

B - apple

L - egg salad with 1syn salad cream, muller greek (1/2 syn)

D - carbonara (hexa cheese, hexb x2 bacon) with broccoli & asparagus

S - grapes, meringue nest (3syns), strawberries, muller greek (1/2 syn)
 
Friday:

B - strawberries & coconut muller (1/2 syn)

L - salad, eggs, salmon (hexb), salad cream (1.5syn)

D - jacket potato, spaghetti hoops, hexa cheese, salad

S - milky way crispy roll (6 syns), muller greek (1/2 syn), apple
