Back on the wagon!

I'm back on the wagon today after a week of being no good!
Well, not an entire week. It started last Thursday on my team day out. I ate lunch at work, which was very little and lean, but then I couldn't stop eating. And it's not like I was super bad every day. Except for yesterday.
Yesterday I ate a buckload of rice! And rice is the lesser of the carb evils, but it's still an evil!
I haven't given up yet though. I need to get back into it today!

I know, I'm so bad :p

Oh, I'm pretty sure I'll have the carb withdrawal. I always do.
I've been feeling slightly headache-ish today.
But not too bad, so hopefully it will only last 1 day.
Having my first shake now, yummm...

Holy cow, we were having cake at work due to someone leaving.
I sat with everyone but managed to stay away from it.
But of course, they had to leave the leftovers on my desk, 'cause I sit centrally on the floor.
MUST STAY AWAY!
Luckily I'm busy, 'cause I've identified boredom as being my trigger to eat.
Just popped on for a quick rant :p
