ProPoints Back on track food diary!!

Iv decided to start a food diary to get myself back on track, I reached goal at beginning of July and I've lost 3lbs under goal.... However iv had a bad couple of weeks weddings nights out pigging out on hangover food etc. So I think I'm now 2lbs over goal :-(

So this is my way of getting back on track.

This morning started off with

Banana and blueberries topped with yogurt and a small handful cheerios 2
Coffee with skimmed milk 1
