Well done Beki - I started back on plan last Friday when I got back from my week away, and so far all is going well, I am doing all red days this week except last Saturday when I did an EE.

Well done Beki, start of a new week and a new you hun. I've been the same and managed 1 day last week sticking to plan followed by a chinese on Friday (eat all you can) which I didn't stick to my syns, but didn't go wild either, so quite pleased. Saturday was bought a box of Thorntons chocolates and had 6 (forced the rest of family to eat the rest lol) which took me 21 syns over, so I have a bit of pulling back to do this week. Feeling positive though today and getting more focused each day. Good luck to you and maybe we can help each other this week to be strong. Carolyne xxx
