Back on track!

I done CD for one week 3 weeks ago and lost 10lb, i then pointed with Weightwatchers for the last 2 weeks and have put on 3lb over those 2 weeks. I know this is mostly water and also for last 2 weeks I started exercising at the gym 6 times a week for at least 1.5 hours so possibly some muscle going on?

Anyway, really want to get myself under 12st, so started a weeks CD today to get me there. I only have 5lb to lose to get me to 11st 13lb so hoping it will come off really easy!

With the gym workouts im really noticing a difference in my body shape, and in last 3 weeks I have dropped a dress size!

Yay!
