Back once again...more detremined than ever!

Hiya ppl...not been on here for a while...truth be known I went completely off the rails...I was sooo made up with my weight loss and compliments, that I stupidly relaxed a lil too much!
I had some great nights out, but then came the crisp, then the choc, then the nuts, then the wine, then the chips...
I have just had about 4 weeks of binge eating and drinking!
Now my stomach is bloated from all the crap I have put in my body, my glow is fading and I feel down right miserable, fed up with myself and disappointed that I have let myself down.
Anyway I'm gonna get back on the road to regaining my lil waist and flat tum am off to the chemist tomorrow after work. Am just dreading the 1st week, I remember how difficult it was. I will be turning to u guys for support again.

I know exactly how you feel hun. I had about 3-4 weeks of doing the same. Started with a birthday meal out, then another and another, then telling myself "it will be fine will start tomorrow". You know how it goes!! Anyway back on track now, although have a couple of nights out coming up. Will not let things go on this time, after night out will get straight back on! Good luck :)

Daisybank, how easy ro dificult did u find it restarting....and have u stuck to it?

have done it several times! Sometimes I have tried to go back and done a day and then lost the plot again. Dont know why but sometimes your head is right and so you can do it - does that make sense? Wont lie to you hun it is really hard to get back on the straight and narrow at least I think so. But you have done it before so you know you can do this. It depends how much you want it I guess. Good luck with it, you alreadyknow the pitfalls and all the advice I'm sure. :)

Welcome back!! Agree with Daisy, you know what to expect which is half the battle!! First few days the worst.. just keep on here, you will be grand. Definitely your head needs to be in the right place!!

Good luck tomorrow, let us know how your getting on! It is terrible letting the slim feeling take over and before you know it you've gained some.

I've just done my first week of my program (Dr Cohen's) and cheated at 3 meals, didn't go over board but didn't eat what I was allowed.

How much have you got to loose??

Thanks....I have tried to restart before now and like u daisybank, have lasted 1 day or worse than that, I have just made it to lunch and succumbed...
Gonna give myself a serious talkin to tonight!

Hi Cappachino, I lost 2.5 stone in autumn last year and still had several stone to lose but came off it after having a road traffic accident and needing to go on medicine that you have to eat with. I was sure I wouldn't go back to any of my bad habits but of course with Christmas and so on, I was right back where I started.

It is harder getting back onto it the second time but once you get over the first week it gets easier; for me it was the dread of actually starting and I was doing anything to avoid a shake. Once I got going I was okay and I'm down the 2.5 stone again so I'm a little lighter than when I finished last time. I'm going to try to stay on it this time until I lose the rest of my weight - about another five stone - because it really is harder the second time around. Once you get over the week though it feels like you weren't off it, and I feel that at least I learned that when I do get to my target, I just can't afford to mess around, I have to change my habits for life.

Cappacino - love the photo and that dress !! - if this was you at your thinist then you already have your motivation right there. I too have stopped and restarted and wished and wished and wished that I had not slipped comfortably into 'eating' again - I am also restarting tomorrow (Tues) at the heaviest I have been and am ashamed - so grab yourself by your wotsits and we'll do it together - the biggest tip I have gained from this site is water, water, water - it really seems to speed things up - good luck with your journey and I look forward to seeing that fab purple dress again !!!

You're right water :tear_drop: is the key I would drink approx 5lt a day and I train like a demon.
I am just about to have my last supper..I won't say what I am having as I know how hard this programme can be.
Tomorrow is another day...:)

Hiya hun and welcome back, you look great! Thanks for the compliment, i am maintaining well at the min but its hard i have to say. Some days i feel like im slipping but i refuse to give in and just accepted that i deserve a treat now and then, i havent gained so am happy. I know what you mean hun about it spiraling, you cant stay focused on your weight all your life i guess but keeping that little bit of focus really helps!

well done u tracy in not gaining..it's soo hard, but ur sheer determination is shinning thru.
The easy part is loosing the weight, the work begins when u stop lipo.
I loved the control aspect of this programme, I lost that when I come off it, but I don't intend on that happenin again..
fattothin is doin fantabulous too...well done u look grrrrreat!!!

Maybe it has been a good thing for you hun, bit of a learning curve? Now you know it wont happen again! Youre right losing is easy when you look back and i too loved the control of LT! I just try to control now as much as poss, if i have a naughty day then the next im very strict!
Good for you hun for noticing and doing something about it xxx

Hi C welcome back ...good luck restarting i did it recently after taking 3 days off and tbh it wasnt so bad!!! Just need to keep watching the video and reminding yourself why you are doing it xx
