hiya guys well i did slimming world from jan last year until october lost 4.5 stone and have gained around 10lbs since then....ive been doing ww pro points for 3 weeks and ive lost 2lb its really noo good for me
im trying to follow low gi too so i will be trying to avoid white carbs if i can so will mainly be doing red days
tomorrow
breakfast
1 ORANGE AND ONE APPLE and hazlenut latte 4 syns and hexa of skimmed milk
lunch
turkey salad roll hexb x2 salad cream 2 syns
dinner
gammon steak, carrots, broccoli, green beans, 2 eggs
muller greek 1/2 syn.....sugar free jelly 1/2 syn
total 7 syns
