Back to basics - food diary

    Starting all over again and going back to basics after not losing any weight :(

    Monday 1st august

    B - ww wholemeal bread (toast heb) banana
    L - sweet n sour mugshot, 2x clementines, melon and activia yoghurt.
    T - asda extra special lamb shank, potatoes. Apple ( oops forgot the carrots)
    S - milk (hea)
    Syns - weetabix 3 crunchy mini size 4

    Total syns 7

    65mins in gym and 20min zumba

    Tuesday 2nd

    B - milk ( hea) weetabix (heb)
    S - melon, yoghurt, apple
    L - mugshot tomato and herb, plum
    S - nectarine and banana
    T - gammon, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, pickled onions and crabsticks.
    S- strawberries, grapes and activia yoghurt
    Syns - 2x tbsp light salad cream French fries 4

    Please look at my food diary and point me in the right direction for a loss this week!

    Looking good!! Does the lamb shank have any marinade on it and is it free? Also how many syns were the mayyonaise and French fries? 4 altogether?
    Sorry don't mean to sound like I'm being funny! Just wanna make sure ur working ur syns out correctly as that makes a big difference to ur weightloss :)

    The lamb shank was in garlic and Rosemary gravy, seen it mention somewhere saying was free.

    Forgot to add syns next to salad cream 3
    So therefore syns yesterday would have been 7.

    Wednesday 3rd - EE (day off work)

    B - bacon, egg, beans and mushrooms.
    Cup of tea (small amount milk hex a)
    L - yoghurt, banana, few crabsticks
    S - 2x clementine plum
    T - Tuna, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, spring onion, pickled onion ad boiled egg.
    S - strawberries, grapes, blueberries and yoghurt

    Still to have hex a and b, so will have weetabix before bed :)

    Syns : light salad cream 2x tbsp 3

    Forgot to add the 2x oranges at breakfast time.

    Quavers syns 4.5

    Thursday 4th August

    B - bacon, mushrooms and baked beans
    Plum and clementine
    L - milk (HEa) weetabix (HEb) Banana
    Something quick before giving blood
    T - 2x small pork chops, potato, carrots and runner beans.

    2 and half litres of squash
    Tea/coffee using small dash from hea

    - 3x short bread biscuits after giving blood ?6syns just a guess.
    142mls gravy 2 syns
