Starting all over again and going back to basics after not losing any weight
Monday 1st august
B - ww wholemeal bread (toast heb) banana
L - sweet n sour mugshot, 2x clementines, melon and activia yoghurt.
T - asda extra special lamb shank, potatoes. Apple ( oops forgot the carrots)
S - milk (hea)
Syns - weetabix 3 crunchy mini size 4
Total syns 7
65mins in gym and 20min zumba
Tuesday 2nd
B - milk ( hea) weetabix (heb)
S - melon, yoghurt, apple
L - mugshot tomato and herb, plum
S - nectarine and banana
T - gammon, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, pickled onions and crabsticks.
S- strawberries, grapes and activia yoghurt
Syns - 2x tbsp light salad cream French fries 4
