Back to finish what I started!!!!!!

    Well I'm back!! Since starting Exante in 2011 at over 15 stone I managed to lose 2 and half stone and maintain for a little while. However....we all know how the story goes....which is the reason I'm back! I managed to keep 1 and a half stone off but really need to get to the goal I originally set for myself!

    My re-start began on 6th May 2014 so I have re-set all of my stats on here. Goal is to lose 4 stone 3lbs in total by end of the year. Mini-goal is to reach half way mark of 12st by 15th July which I feel is achievable!!

    Losses so far:

    05/05/14 - start weight 14st 3lbs = 59lbs to lose
    13/05/14 - loss of 7.5lbs = to goal 51.5lbs
    20/05/14 - loss of 1lb = to goal 50.5 lbs
    27/05/14 -
    03/06/14 -
    10/06/14 -
    17/06/14 -
    24/06/14 -
    01/07/14 -
    08/07/14 -
    15/07/14 - hopefully reach mini-goal of 12st = 31lbs loss....fingers crossed :)

    Welcome back. I re-started on 28th April having lost 3.5 stone with Lipotrim in 2011 (didn't achieve my goal though) and then managing to put ALL that back on PLUS another 1st 1lb!!! At least you're still one stone lighter than when you started last time. Good luck with getting to goal. I'm aiming for the end of the year too. Your mini goal looks very achievable. :cross:

    Welcome back Bride. Good that you are giving it another shot.

    I've been on & off here for some time too but this time feels different & starting a diary has definitely helped so hopefully yours will help you too.

    Been a good day today. Drank plenty of water and all packs!! I must say the 'curry'....and I use that term very loosely....was vile!!!! Yuck!!!! OH had to open the windows and clean microwave with dettol to remove the smell!!!! Never again....had to throw it out and have a pasta carbonara instead!!

    Another day done xx weigh in tomorrow. Think its either a small gain or sts this week based on this mornings sneaky peek. Think my body's storing as can't go loo either because I didn't have enough packs or water the previous week. Oh well.....clothes are feeling more comfortable as they were getting very tight :)

    Lol your curry comments made me laugh :)

    Hope today is a good one for you - I love loose clothes even more than I love lower numbers on the scales, that's what everyone else sees and notices :D

    I am so bad at keeping a diary!!! Work has been hectic and don't seem to have enough hours in the day!

    I was initially disappointed with my 1.5lb loss this week but now that I'm thinking about it I actually feel pretty good. I would never have lost 10 lbs on a normal diet in 3 weeks as I would have given up by week 2. I think the difference is having the motivation and support from everyone on here. Even though I'm not posting much I love reading how everyone is getting on ;-) It's nice to know I'm not the only one struggling sometimes.

    Anyway off to bed now. Night night xx

    Slap on the wrist for me!!! I was a very bad girl yesterday! **Food Spoiler** Well it actually started on Friday night had a few bites of OH's meal....chicken doner and chips!! It was amazing!! Then yesterday I was soo hungry I had a shake for breakfast but caved in and had a pizza for lunch as met some friends after work. Then curry and naan bread for dinner!!!! Topped off with a few beers!!!!

    Too embarrassed to weigh in today so will weigh in on Tuesday as normal. Feeling bloated and lethargic today....

    Line drawn on yesterday and back on it today...but...feeling hungry!

    Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated. Really helps! I nearly packed it all in yesterday but instead read a few diaries and then placed an order for new products :-D Excited as I was getting a little bored with the soups. Ordered plenty of meals, porridges and a few new items to test out. Have enough to get me through to next payday (with extras just on case I don't like any).

    Decided to do daily weighing after tomorrow's weigh in to see if that helps! Onwards and downwards :-D
