oh my god here i go again!!!

well i had originally started at start of jan and just cudnt get into plan at all :cry:but sorta of got into it a month back and lost half stone :Dbut went weigh in last nite and put 2 on :break_diet:BUT i have ate a load of rubbish so not to disappointed!! but thats me back to it today, i have to do this only 8 weeks to my hol :eek:so need to wise up!!!any tips?

Every time you get tempted, think of your holiday and what you want to look like. Do you have a picture of your holiday destination? If so, stick it on your fridge, along with a nice picture of you in a bikini or something, from when you were slimmer if you have one. Keep focussing on the goal. Good luck x
