I went back to work last Thursday and found that it made life easier if I cooked a little extra meat/fish for the evening meal and then had it as cold cuts for the next day lunch (if you're on cruise you could add salad maybe?

Some people have talked about making the Galettes into wraps with chicken and salad in and there's a recipe for biscuits somewhere on here.

Pots of sugar free jelly/0% yoghurts

It's my first day of cruise today so I haven't got the experience yet, just tossing ideas into the air really...

I'm probably stressing for nothing - its just easier when off more time for planning, meals, shopping, walking. I will just have to be superwoman and some things will just have to wait!

How about shopping online? I work with very young children (who seem to eat all the blooming time, lol!) from 6.30 am to 6pm so get very little time to shop or do normal things. Online shopping has saved my time.
