bad day

    well guys had a bad day today,how many syns do you reckon,2 cheese pastys,2 aero bars ,pkt walkers .mcdonalds and toast ,been helping my mate move house for the last few days and the diet has just been a no go area,really fed up.luv kat:wave_cry:

    Awww hun, you're only human remember and we all slip up. Forget about today, and get a notepad at the ready.

    Plan tomorrow and the next few days now, get some old copies of SW mags out and have something new and exciting, the most important thing is not to beat yourself up over it, but get right back to it tomorrow.... or else.
