bad week 3 days help

hi all hope u r well?
i've had a terriable weekend, monday was ok but today has been terriable we had a buffett at my course and i ate everything i shouldn't.
i don't want to gain this week after such a good week last week. any tips to pull it back i get weighed sat morning.

Just write it off as a bad day and look forward to tomorrow! You have got loads of days to get it back before yor next weigh in. Also try eating some superfree foods for the rest of the week and start the day off with a hot water and lemon. Its gross but you get used to it!
