bad week scared for weigh in on saturday =/

so been really busy this week due to final year at uni i havent been making the right food choices, ive been keeping up with my body magic and so far have worked out monday tuesday and wednesday (took the weekend off) its my birthday in 2 weeks saturday and i was hoping to lose a bit of weight by then but im so scared what the scales will say saturday morning at weigh in =/ xxxxx
